Every part of the model is designed around where beachgoers already park, what they carry, and how often they return.
No grid hookup needed, helping stations work wherever there is sun.
Planned multi-year exclusivity contracts put stations in beach-adjacent parking lots.
Day lockers serve beach visits; monthly spaces keep regulars' gear waiting nearby.
Motion-sensor floodlights snap on the moment anyone approaches, and security cameras record through the night — anyone who thinks about damaging the station is caught on camera.
Our community round page is live on Wefunder. Reservations are free and non-binding — they show demand and put you first in line when the round opens.
Testing the waters: this page is gathering reservations of interest. No money changes hands until a Form C filing is accepted and the round officially opens.
The first stations establish the footprint. Version 2 is designed to turn that network into a broader beach-services platform — connecting gear, convenience, and local operators in one place.
An Airbnb-style marketplace inside the app: storage customers can list chairs, umbrellas, boards, and other beach gear, while beachgoers rent items by the day. Mobile Beach Lockers would earn a transaction and processing fee on each rental.
Towel rentals and sales, sunscreen, cold drinks, and other beach essentials — integrated directly into the locker box so customers can pick up what they need where they already store their gear.
A franchise-style model would let local operators run boxes, maintain equipment, stock vending inventory, and manage towel rentals. That creates a path to scale without the company carrying every market’s day-to-day operating work.
As the network grows, acquisition by a national storage operator could become one possible outcome. It is a potential long-term path — not a forecast, commitment, or promise.
Round 2 and version 2 are expected to support a higher valuation. Investing in Round 1 means owning potential upside before the marketplace, vending, and owner-operator model are launched.
That upside is not guaranteed. Reservations are currently free and non-binding while the company tests the waters.Ron Stokes is a lifelong entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building and operating successful service businesses. He founded Stokes Moving & Storage in 2005, growing it into a highly rated company that completed thousands of moves before its sale. He later founded Ron’s Party Bus, which has served the Pittsburgh market for more than a decade.
Now based in Southwest Florida, Ron created Mobile Beach Lockers after recognizing a simple but widespread problem: beachgoers need a safe, convenient place to store their belongings without carrying everything back and forth.
Ron brings practical operating experience, persistence, and a proven ability to turn everyday problems into customer-focused businesses. His vision is to launch Mobile Beach Lockers in Fort Myers Beach and Naples, develop a profitable and repeatable model, and expand it into beach communities throughout the country.
