For lot owners & managers

Turn beach parking into beach revenue.

We place solar-powered locker stations in beach-adjacent parking lots—and we’re lining up our first partner locations now. If you own or manage a lot near the sand, join the waitlist.

  • New revenue from the same asphalt. Your lot keeps doing what it does; the lockers add a second income stream.
  • We handle the station. We build it, power it with solar, and run the day-to-day.
  • First lots get founding-partner terms. Early partners help shape the program.

Join the lot-owner waitlist

No commitment — tell us about your lot and we’ll reach out with partnership details.

We’ll only use this to talk about your lot — no spam, no sharing your info.

You’re on the list. Thanks — we’ll reach out soon about your lot.

Built for the shoreline.

Every part of the model is designed around where beachgoers already park, what they carry, and how often they return.

Solar-powered locks

No grid hookup needed, helping stations work wherever there is sun.

Locations as the moat

Planned multi-year exclusivity contracts put stations in beach-adjacent parking lots.

Tourist and local demand

Day lockers serve beach visits; monthly spaces keep regulars' gear waiting nearby.

Watched all night.

Motion-sensor floodlights snap on the moment anyone approaches, and security cameras record through the night — anyone who thinks about damaging the station is caught on camera.

Traction.

We’re building the brand, the network, and the IP before the first station ships.

Phase two roadmap

Round 2 — the bigger vision

The first stations establish the footprint. Version 2 is designed to turn that network into a broader beach-services platform — connecting gear, convenience, and local operators in one place.

01

Peer-to-peer gear rental

An Airbnb-style marketplace inside the app: storage customers can list chairs, umbrellas, boards, and other beach gear, while beachgoers rent items by the day. Mobile Beach Lockers would earn a transaction and processing fee on each rental.

02

Built-in vending

Towel rentals and sales, sunscreen, cold drinks, and other beach essentials — integrated directly into the locker box so customers can pick up what they need where they already store their gear.

03

Local owner-operators

A franchise-style model would let local operators run boxes, maintain equipment, stock vending inventory, and manage towel rentals. That creates a path to scale without the company carrying every market’s day-to-day operating work.

04

A strategic exit path

As the network grows, acquisition by a national storage operator could become one possible outcome. It is a potential long-term path — not a forecast, commitment, or promise.

Round 1 comes before the expansion.

Round 2 and version 2 are expected to support a higher valuation. Investing in Round 1 means owning potential upside before the marketplace, vending, and owner-operator model are launched.

That upside is not guaranteed. Reservations are currently free and non-binding while the company tests the waters.

Ron Stokes Founder, Mobile Beach Lockers™

Meet the founder.

Ron Stokes is a lifelong entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building and operating service businesses. In 2005 he founded Stokes Moving & Storage, growing it to thousands of moves before selling it. He then founded Ron’s Party Bus, which has served Pittsburgh for more than a decade.

Now based in Southwest Florida, Ron started Mobile Beach Lockers to solve a problem he kept seeing at the beach: nowhere safe to stash your gear without hauling it back and forth. The plan is to launch in Fort Myers Beach and Naples, prove a profitable, repeatable station model, and expand to beach communities nationwide.

Questions, answered.

When do the first lockers launch?

We’re targeting Florida’s Gulf Coast beaches. The first stations go in after the funding round — join the lot-owner waitlist or reserve on Wefunder to get launch updates first.

How much does a locker cost?

Planned pricing: a 1×1 day locker is $5 per 3 hours, a 3×3 monthly locker is $35 per month, and both a 4×4 gear locker and a 1×2 surfboard or paddleboard locker are $50 per month.

How do the locks work?

Each station is solar-powered with electronic locks — no grid hookup needed. You’ll book and open your locker from your phone.
